TechDrop Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and more.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas & small towns: 4–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second attempt or leave a collection notice. TechDrop is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at tnest450@gmail.com and we will assist you.
